Maybe running the System File Checker might work?  If it detects the audio file as 
missing, with the 98 CD in the computer it'll be able to extract a copy of the file 
and reinstall it.  Worth a try.  You might be able to run it through Programs>Accessories>System 
Tools>SFC or System File Checker, or do a search for the sfc.exe file and click on 
it to run it.
