Sorry I was at work with WinXP yesterday.

If you look in Dial-Up Networking in Explorer or My Computer and right-click
on your ISP connection and select properties it should show you in the General tab
- Connect Using, which modem is being used. I installed a new modem 8 months ago
and I couldn't get connected until I selected the new modem from Dial-Up Networking.
