I have uninstalled/reinstalled the program several times with the same result. I now have the exact same copy of the program on both my primary drive and secondary drive. The program works if I make my secondary drive the primary and reboot. I have deduced the problem is not the program, but rather something amiss in my Windows 98 configuration on my orignal primary drive. Because I have reinstalled the program I also assume the printer drivers are okay and besides the problem occurs before I am ready to scan from the printer. I can use the printer for printing successfully. Thanks for listening!!! Uncle Dewey
