I tried pushing the eject button on the player. I tried right clicking on the icon for this drive and clicking on eject. Nothing is opening that drawer. I even tried to open it in safe mode to no avail. I hear the motor as if it is trying to open but it will not open. I tried shutting the computer off and while restarting I hit the eject button and sometimes it actually opened but even this is not working now. Could someone please offer some help here as I do not know what to do. Thank you.
