My impression is check Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network and see if Dial Up Adapter is still there and causing a problem.

I must warn that I'm not familiar with IEradicator. Sounds interesting, tho. I simply removed IE from my desktop and shoved it deep down in the accessory menus and set Firefox and IEView to call certain sites in IE. However, since M$ft does not give updates, even old updates after you load Win98, I actually have no sites to call with it.

I'll go read about IEradicator.
