If you will tick the **preserve your spacing** box before posting,[1]

I think I know what you were trying to do. What did *you* expect to happen?
(There is no *verb* in the command line you posted--among other problems.)

It sounds like you are trying to install Windows
from within a broken installation of Windows.
Perhaps you could describe your technique more fully--starting from the beginning.

"I am able to format HTML, I understand it is necessary, and I am willing to do that".
