When I got it back it wouldn't run Windows 98 at all, don't know what she did. So I tried reinstalling Windows 98 and it tells me there was an error loading explorer.exe and to reinstall Windows 98, so I click ok. Then a dialog box says that the .dll file c:\windows\system\comctl32.dll can not be found. I have tried reinstalling Windows 98 again and continue to get the same dialog boxes. What can I do to fix this so the explorer.exe and the comctl32.dll file are there so Windows 98 will run?
