I can't get programs to open on the icons, only through run Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 8:44 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Patsy (2 messages posted) I tried a fix from Jmc, that was posted on Jan 11-12 and I downloaded the Regedit.exe and exefix08.reg and I did everything he said and I got the message that the file could not be open. I checked and made sure I had the correct files, and I typed the command exactly as it was posted. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I know it will be something simple, it always is. Thank you very much!
