stuck in msdos mode w/ c:\windows prompt Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at 10:58 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by cheryl (1 messages posted) I did a scan disk and defrag on my daughters comp. and went into dos mode to do it. now it wont let me do a c:\ it stays in c:\windows, I have rebooted hard and reg, typed in auto, c:\, everything I can think of . I have not worked with dos in years and cant figure this out.
