Beckie,

We need more information. What Operating System, Computer type, Manufacturer's Model 
#? Processor type & speed and installed Ram in MB would be helpful.

If you have a compatible Boot Disk (floppy), you could start your computer with the 
Floppy in the drive, select "Start computer with CD support" and at the A:\ type 
 "sys C:" ( no quotes). you should see the message, "System Transfered"

Remove the Floppy and restart the Computer.  Post back here with results, or if you 
have no Boot Floppy for your OS.
