Hi Kathy.
Do you mean the username and password it asks when Windows starts up?
If yes then restart your computer whilst holding the Ctrl key down. At the DOS menu
select Command Prompt Only At C:\ type cd windows and enter. Type dir
*.pwl and enter. This will list your password files in Windows. If it only lists
one file then just type del *.pwl and enter or del and the name of the file
it showed.
Restart your comp now because you have deleted the password file it will prompt you
for a new one. Don't enter a new password if you don't want to be asked this again,
just press OK.
