Background Image at Startup Monday, July 16, 2007 at 2:24 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by polarity (3 messages posted) Good day, My work computer is stuck with Windows 98 and, not having used this OS for years, I'm at a loss to fix this problem.... Every time I startup or shut down Windows, an old background image appears instead of the image that has been currently chosen. This wouldn't be much of an issue if the image wasn't an "inappropriate prank" that now seems to be eternally stuck with me! :) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
