I have the following statements on screen:- following file missing or corrupted: C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 6 Warning HMA not available and Cannot find WIN.COM, unable to load Windows I have the Red Packard Bell floppy recovery disk and my 2 CD masters and have checked they are OK using Recovery Disk. Then tried option to just restore Operating system as I have Photos on the Hard Drive that I want. All other options suggest that all files will be deleted. However using Operating system restore has no effect... can anyone help please
