Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum

My task bar has disappeared. I tried to upgrade a graphic's card, at the same time
installed service pack 2 on my PC. The system started shutting down and kept freezing,
so i uninstalled both.The a list of Microsoft Hotfix's came up in my add and remove
program list. I started to remove those when my sytem shutdown and my task bar disappeared.PLEASE
help
