I received an e-mail from Micro$soft today, threatening to upgrade my Hotmail account without my consent. I wanted to make it clear to them that I do NOT want to upgrade to "Windows Live Hotmail", and that I do not appreciate their attempt to do so without my agreement. I e-mailed them to let them know -     communications_msn_cs_enuk@cimail15.msn.com I'm perfectly happy with my existing Hotmail account. If you are happy with yours, why not tell them so.
