Any ideas what this is about? The exclamation mark indicates that the drivers for the PCI Mass Storage Controller are not installed. Search or run dxdiag (DirectX Diagnostic tool) to show you what kind of PCI Mass Storage Controller your PC have (and other valuable information concerning other hardware/drivers etc on your PC). Check whether any drivers are installed and the manufacturer of the PCI Mass Storage Controller hardware. Then go to PCI Mass Storage Controller Manufacturer and get the drivers and install in your PC then the ? exclamation mark is gone and u are happy I hope.
