Well you can change thing in the registry that will stop user accessing certain areas. There was a program called RegTune.exe that used to allow you to change these settings for you. But anyone could use this program if you know where its located. I program in Visual Basic and I've made a program that has the same features RegTune.exe but with mine you can have a username and a password to access these options. RegTune.exe it isn't free but if you do a search you will find some crack serial numbers.
