RUNDLL error on start up Friday, October 5, 2007 at 10:38 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Ronald Kresh (10 messages posted) Each start up a message box appears titled RUNDLL and the message reads: "error loading C:\PROGAM~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL"- the system cannot find the specified path.
