Thank you for your help. It seems as though the RUNDLL error I was getting in regard
to the NEWDOT program is gone as it did not appear on my latest reboot. It took the
3rd procedure on their website (open "C" drive and then open "windows" and then find
NDNuninstaller to remove this) but it appears to have worked. Many thanks for your
