Did it come with a drivers disc with Win 9X drivers? If yes, you are in luck but if no, you may not be successful in running 98 on the motherboard. If it has an Intel chipset and is a newer motherboard (a year or less old), it will not have drivers. Good Luck!!! (there is also a memory limitation) Post back and let us know what happens.
