Personally I wouldn't go out and buy anything for this purpose, until I'd tried out 
the freeware options.

Registry editors are widely available, and the cost of the one you've mentioned is 
probably not worth it.

Incidentally there are also other sites you can go to to discover what software uses 
any particular dll files, etc.
