Have you tried copying the contents of the CD to your hard drive and installing?
That's the best way to do it. Do you have Spybot S&D or Ad-Aware installed? Reason
I ask is you really should get help on a malware support forum and have them check
your HJT log.
If you can't install anything new, it might be difficult to get this sorted. I'm
not familiar with Error Dr. or Bug Dr., but there are a lot of rogue programs out
there. I'd get rid of them. You don't need any so-called Doctor programs that promise
to fix errors. Also, avoid Google sponsored ads.
Xoftspy was previously on the list of Rogue Anti-spyware, and those aren't recommended.
I suggest you get rid of that too. Seems the only reputable apps you've used are
Registry Mechanic, AVG and HJT! You're running Norton AND AVG?? Not good.
