If you have both Norton and AVG installed, you need to get rid of one of them, and 
btw Norton's a terrible resource hog. Aside from that, I doubt some of those junk 
programs you have installed are helping anything.

I don't s'pose you have the latest version HTJ installed, 2.0.2? If not, you could 
try the .Zip d/l. I'll have a look at your HJT log. Clear out your temporary folders, 
including Windows\temp folder. 

Trend Micro HijackThis™

Create a new folder to move 'HJT' to. It creates backups of all items fixed, and 
they're automatically saved in the same location. Place it in your root dir or Program 
Files folder, whichever you choose. Example: C:\HJT\ or C:\HijackThis\, etc. 

Run HijackThis.exe. Choose "Do a system scan and save a logfile". Once the scan is 
finished, the log will automatically open in Notepad. Select All and copy/paste the 
entire log in a post. *Don't fix anything yet. 

*Important: Please put a check in this box before posting: "Check this box to 
preserve your spacing, or leave it unchecked to have your text wrapped automatically.."
