Have you done an install? if so, did you do it OVER the previous one? An error message
like that is usually some stuff is left on the disk that shouldn't be there. One
possible solution is to do a backup of important files, and do a fresh install, after
formatting. The other solution involves the Reg. Editor, and thats not for the faint
hearted. Good luck
