I'll order a new crystal ball for you ... in the meantime, the error message is just what I said. However, I did ask my daughter to e-mail me the exact message for you ... and here it is "lexplore This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor." Then, if she doesn't close the window, but instead clicks another hyperlink, she gets this message, "Microsoft Internet Explorer An error has occurred in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer will now close. If you experience problems, please restart your computer." That's it.
