Eloizabeth,
Thye Crystal is getting clearer already.
It is possible that the problem is Malware related, if that is an "l"=lexplore,
rather than an "I" iexplore.
Got this from google search "lexplore" + other hits.
Run Anti-Virus scan, Spybot search and Destroy and see what comes up.
