Elizabeth, I've been fighting that problem with "You Tube" for a while now. Exact same error messages. Done all the suggestions posted to no avail. Microsoft says it's because of or I lack DirectX 9. I have Direct X 9, so that's not the problem. If you find a solution, I'd love to hear it. In the meantime, tell your daughter to hit F5 (refresh) while the page is loading, but before the error box appears. May have to do it more than once. Trial and error. Jack....
