In order to receive any useful advice on this, you need to mention -
(a) The URL address of the page that is causing your problem, and
(b) The EXACT WORDING of the error message you are seeing.
The usual reason that an ActiveX control will not download is because your browser
settings ban ActiveX downloads. You can add the URL of the website you want to use
to your Safe Sites list, and configure those sites to allow ActiveX downloads.
Open Internet Explorer and go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > SECURITY > TRUSTED SITES
> SITES
I'm not one of the brigade that believes a reputable website run by MSN would infect
your computer with a harmful ActiveX file.
