I have used this box for 7 years. I do not know how to use MSCONFIG. I mean that I cannot access the desktop. I'll assume I'm using File Manager 3.x file Manager. I do not see any other apps running. When I open in safe mode, it opens the File Manager. When I close the File Manager, the computer reads "you have ended your Windows session" and shuts down.
