Sorry I forgot to mention last night I tried turning up the res to 1024x768 at 256 colours then at full hardware acceleration and it worked. So does that mean it's a doggy card. Could you recommend a decent VGA to TV converter then? I could just use the onboard VGA but I need the means of plugging it into a tv. My LCD TV doesn't have a VGA input.
