|I have my copy of PSP9, and went to put it on this new-old computer
|and I get this error message:
|-----------------------------
|"Can not run Unicode Version of ATL71.DLL
|on Windows95, Windows98, or WindowsME.
|Please install the ANSI Version"
|------------------------------

There's a lot of junk from a lot of bad programmers out there.
A program that SAYS that it is W98-compatible
should be able to figure out which freaking files it needs to install
and just do it.

1) Find the location of the crap file on your drive.

2) Download the version that your OS uses.

3) Put the proper version of the file where the crap one got installed.
