Linda is the kind of poster I like to see:
First, Google[1] the key words and get a feeling for the subject.
Don't stop until you have refined the search terms a few times.
If you don't find THE answer,
you will likely ask the question better when posting becomes necessary--and
you'll be better able to recognize the correct answer when you see it.
[1] Yahoo is sometimes more helpful;
they have a bigger database (but their search engine syntax is clunkier).
