I ran a scan with Avg Anti-Virus and it detected a virus by the name of Bat/Deleter.
It then healed it but two file errors were found which makes me believe that I did
not completely get rid of it from my system. I then ran the Anti-Virus program in
Safe Mode and received the same two file error messages. I then ran Cw Shredder,
Ad-Aware and Spybot but none of these programs had detected it. If anyone can provide
me with step by step directions to purge this virus, it would be greatly appreciated.
I am able to log onto the Internet and work offline.
