Yes...ALSO. (Not *only*.)

You can use *any* file that's the proper dimensions and color depth.

The final bit is:
To completely get rid of the M$ advertisement at Startup
(so you can see what's really happening--as I have),
use the  Logo=0  tip mentioned in the computertips.com page.
That's where the text editor comes in.
