Hi Allie81; Generally this is failure of a graphics card or its driver. Try removing and resetting your graphics card. Then try 'upgrading' your driver via Start, settings, control panel, systems, device manager(tab), and Display Adapters. Here you can reinstall your driver. Good luck!
