Morning Bethany, I have a sneaking suspicion your win 98 CD is an upgrade version. I think you are being asked to put in disk 2 of windows 3.1 install so that win 98 can verify that you are eligible for a win 98 upgrade install. If I am right, you are going nowhere unless you find your win 3.1 disks or else you Ebay-buy a win 98 full install CD (with product key). Don
