You can download IE6 from Microsoft Web site. As far as problem software, sometimes
reinstalling the Program over the top of itself will repair the uninstall feature.
You can also manually remove it by deleting the Program Files, and manually removing
entries in the Registry
If a program won't uninstall, I usually just leave
the Program myself. Many times that is the safest since most unused Programs don't
cause a problem.
