It would be good if you *named* that program so that other people can avoid it.
Putting that name **on the Subject line** would be best.

DLL files do NOT belong on the desktop. It sounds like you have used a CD
without FIRST checking it for **INFECTED** content.

If you can get online,
I advise you to use an online virus scanner to check for infections.
You haven't given a useful description of *HOW USABLE* the system is now.
Start there.
