1)Are they plugged into the correct jack?
2)Is the volume control in windows muted?
3)Is the volume knob on the speaker turned up?
4)Are these powered speakers? Is the power cord plugged in? Is the power button turned
on?
5)Do you have head phones plugged in?
6)Is there a mark beside the sound device in device manager?
