Hi Sheila.

These login names and passwords are stored in the cookies for that web site.

Now what I would recommend is you download CCleaner.

Apart from clearing all the rubbish of your computer it has an option to save all
the cookies from the sites that you visit that need a username and password. Then
it will delete all the others. This is far better than IE's cookie removal.

CCleaner is free but you can give a donation if you find the program useful.

They also make Recuva which is an excellent
app if you accidentally deleted a file. It will recover it providing it hasn't been
overwritten by another file. Recuva is free as well.

The also have a Forum
if you want to ask any questions about their products.

Both of these products are highly recommended.
