Shiela,
I don't think the naviga~1.exe ia much of a problem. The file is from Netscape Navigator
(expired Web Browser). Netscape probably came with your Machine. Go to Add/Remove
to see if there is an entry for Netscape. Remove it if there is.
You'll probably get to deal with this again if you have to reinstall Windows. Make
it the first thing you disable when you reinstall.
Recuva, depending on the version, may not be appropriate for your System. I know
Win98 is supported but most important files are relatively easy to recover in Win98.
Could be a resource Hog. I havn't tried it but it's just duplicating features already
available in Win98.
I can't argue with gewg_'s recommendations, however, I would delay introducing a
new Browser ie... FireFox, till your other problems are resolved. Hard to troubleshoot
when new software is introduced.
Just my opinion.
BW
There's nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.
