Thanks, Bob! I thought it had something to do with navigator. Oh, TCP/IP was where you told me to look. The only thing is my IP address and submask are missing. I plan on getting them from Verizon Saturday. I will let you know later about the other items for which you have so generously offered assistance. You are the hero I was looking for! Sheila
