Depending on the number floppies you have, Keith's answer would be a better solution.
If only a few, then my suggestion would be the quickest and simplest. You do not
need a zipping tool, but it compresses the attachments to a smaller size.
Win zip, Enzip are 2 of only many. Right click on any file, it will usually show
up as an option.
