Actually Sheila, you should uninstall Q916281 but only to restore your previous configuration
which would be where you have a matching version of the shdocvw.dll file. Then
you would want to re-apply KB916281 to get the latest version of the shdocvw.dll
file working for you again, and still retain the ability to regress Update Q916281.
If you just reinstall Q916281 again you may not be able to uninstall it as you can
now.
The shdocvw.dll file is a "Shell Doc Object and Control Library" file, I'm surprised
you can operate Windows without it as most of the other files in an IE Cumualtive
update are highly critical and very much required.
