It is the easiest thing in the world to move an Hdd from one PC to another, format
it (FAT32), transfer a basic boot system ("SYS" command), and copy all of the CD's
contents into a folder on it.

A plain CD ROM drive is available, new, for as little as $15 for a generic OEM version,
however, and is easier to install than almost anything you can do inside of a PC.

No network I know of offers a way to control a PC with an empty Hdd -- there is an
absolute requirement for some sort of base OS on the target system so it can be logged
into a network in the first place.
