IE would like 2 shut down because too many programs and applications running at the same time. A browser like Mozilla Firefox running at the same time with IE? Are you kidding me? And add to that using Windows 98? Win 98 can handle so much at a given workload. What is the speed of the CPU anyways? If I were you I would increase RAM to 512 RAM. U-tube is a graphics program and those consume lots of space. I had the same problem. I was using Win98 and I could barely make any sense of the blurring and blurred images from the Internet until I upgraded to Win 2000 and after I increased to 512 RAM and the CPU speed to 700 MHz. Everything works fine now.
