Best bet; Upgrade OS to win98SE, if not already done.
Upgrade to IE6Sp1.
Otherwise reinstall.
The times they are a-changin and soon Win98 & IE6 SP1 will be almost unuseable..
some sites already require IE6 SP1 vs earlier versions. Outlook Express is part of
IE.
Mostly it' a security update issue with IE.
