Bob, first of all let me thank you for your kind help.
I have done exactly as indicated but it did not worked.
At the end I got a message indicating an error in Windows and it needed to be reinstalled.
This looks like a problem that need to be solved by a pro or at my local compu-repair
shop. I don't think I can resolve it on my own.
