Rudy,
It really doesn't matter what the instructions say if you have not ensured that your
Computer is compatible with the Device OR the device is Compatible with your System
configuration.
Since you posted neither the complete Device ID#'s nor any info on your System Configuration,
any answer is a waste of time, yours and ours.
Check out this link, you might be able to fix it your self.
