As I've said if you can't see the Ok, Cancel or Apply buttons then you screen size is to small, I've told you have to adjust it. With all Windows applications if you press the Tab key that will move from one control to another. You will see the control highlighted when you do this. Doing a system restore will only restore the registry it won't interfere with any files. If you have installed any software in between the restore date and the current date then you will have to reinstall the software again.
